1. A suitable shredder is selected according to the physical properties, density, and size of your waste material and expected throughput.
2. A tailored material feeding and discharge configuration is chosen based on production site layouts. Common configurations include chain conveyors, inclined belt conveyors, elevating hoppers, or pneumatic systems. Special enclosed feeding systems are available upon request.
3. Machine structural dimensions, feed hopper volumes, and discharge discharge clearance heights can be freely customized to fit existing plant layouts.
4. A broad range of heavy-duty screens with varying aperture sizes and shapes is provided to satisfy exact post-shredding particle size requirements.

We train your local operators on site, covering standard operating procedures, proactive failure prevention, shaft bearing lubrication cycles, and hydraulic power unit oil monitoring.
